Paul Breen - Operations Manager Paul comes from a commercial background, with 10 years experience running his own business based in disadvantaged areas and 7 years commercial lending experience in the CDFI sector. He created and developed a nationally recognised exercise program, with major brand sponsorship, developing a client list including top professional sports teams and Her Majesty's Prison Service and the Armed Forces.

John Cannon - Loan Manager John Cannon comes from a mainstream banking background, having worked over 25 years for the HSBC, covering a variety of roles including Relationship Manager, looking after a large portfolio of both personal and business clients. John has an in-depth understanding of the barriers that face new and growing businesses and is committed to helping them overcome these obstacles and realise their ambitions.

Andy Jupp - Credit Control Manager Andy comes from a mainstream banking background, having spent 34 years with HSBC Bank covering a variety of roles including Trade Services, corporate customers and most recently, as a Commercial Manager working with small business customers and start up situations. Andy has developed a detailed understanding of problems that can face businesses wishing to raise finance and is fully committed in helping them achieve their goals.

Roger Seddon, has spent the last 3 years in the recruitment industry. Prior to that, Roger has over 20 years experience within Natwest Bank as a Small Business Adviser dealing with both existing and start-up business customers. Roger understands the difficulties that present themselves to individuals wishing to start-up or expand their business and is committed to helping them maximise their business opportunities.

Louise Ryder- Client Support Officer Louise comes from the hairdressing industry by profession but prior to BFS Louise spent 2 years in account management with a small retailer in North Manchester. Louise appreciates the day to day issues small businesses face and works hard to make the processing of client applications as simple and transparent as possible.

Ian Ashworth - Business Development Manager Ian joined BFS from MS Group Company Business Support Solutions where he was a Relationship Manager looking after a portfolio of clients. Prior to that he spent over 25 years with Barclays Bank where roles included Area Sales Manager, Commercial Lending Manager and Branch Manager; dealing with both Personal & Business clients, Ian has a thorough understanding of the issues facing businesses wishing to raise finance and is dedicated to helping them fulfil their ambitions.
